Drinking several cups of coffee daily appears to reduce the risk of suicide in men and women by about 50 percent, according to a new study by researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH). The study was published online July 2 in The World Journal of Biological Psychiatry.
Can’t be wrong. I drink lots of coffee and I’ve never felt the urge to commit suicide.
I have recently discovered the pleasures of green tea, but that’s in addition to coffee, not in place of it. I’m on a quest to find the best green tea. The contenders so far are Celestial Seasonings, Lipton and Bigelow, with Bigelow out front. This exercise will supplement my coffee drinking nicely and all that new contentment will make it even less likely I’ll commit suicide.
