The Magna Carta abolished the Divine Right of Kings and established the Rule of Law that even the King must obey.

Somebody please tell Barack Obama.  Please also tell him that America was born as a result of another couple of documents, the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution, that were greatly influenced by the ideas embodied in the Magna Carta. Tell him that he is not above the law.

Some one must tell Obama because the Republicans are too chicken to do it.

Of course, Barack Obama already knows all of this. But he also knows that because of his black privilege nobody is going to try to stop him.
