Paul Ryan offers ideas that lead to solutions to problems. That makes some people mad, mostly Democrat politicians who don’t want solutions. They find the problems more politically expedient than solutions because they can use the problems to demagogue. Thus, Obama gutted welfare reform; it was working too well. If too many people get off welfare Democrats’ scare-mongering tactics might not work anymore.
