So I walk out of my garage intending to go around the house to the right, and I see this (note the spruce tree to the right of the moose and remember it in the next photo):

I look to the right, in the direction I was intending to go and I see this (there’s the spruce tree from the first photo, Mama moose is just to the left of it, out of the photo):

Getting between a mama moose and her calf is never a good idea.
